姨媽們每次回港都總會有新潮點o既資訊,消息絕對比XO仔靈通得多。上個月尾走咗轉台灣後,禮拜六即同小肥去見識吓兩個幾月前過江龍「La Petite Maison」於香港新開之分店,一訪新興打卡熱店,並一嚐法國尼斯家鄉菜。跟隨地址經H Queen’s大廈上一樓。發現此路線只可通往餐店側門。食客要出返士丹利街先可從正門進入。入座後不久已有女仕們急不及待要去洗手間,咁先知道貴客原來必需步出側門,轉乘升降機落樓,好迂迴地先搵到一格洗手間。可能太多人如廁前後盪失路啦,升降機大堂長期都有位哥哥仔陣守指路。西餐店樓底高高,用餐大堂極之開揚。一邊間咗做闊落o既酒吧區。其餘為用餐散座,不過真係冇諗過喺一家標榜為高級西餐廳會出現背對背o既情況,小肥埋位後真係動彈不得。長輩向外籍服務生提議移出啲張餐桌時,黑面神居然答話開邊係要留返條通道俾同事傳菜用o既,所以張枱唔郁得。這間小屋子(注:法文中,「petite」譯作「小」,「maison」可譯作「屋子」或「家」)裡並無普通開水供應,冇汽o既樽裝水每枝$70。講真食晏好少會飲酒,不過聽到主人家話開瓶費收成$800/樽,所以就影咗幾頁香檳牌及雞尾酒俾大家參閱。雖則餐

當問及經理哥哥有否推介食品時,佢高傲地話餐牌上乜都好食!有自信心係好,但當態度變得過份囂張時係會產生反效果o既
。。。講真整頓午餐只有負責派麵包位印藉服務生最為友善,但單靠佢一人也難以抵消全店整體差劣之表現

主人家點好菜,姨媽就好熟手地拿起枱上鮮紅鮮黃o既蕃茄檸檬,三兩吓手勢就切成蕃茄小件,唧上檸檬汁後再淋上少許橄欖油,清甜爽潤,極之開胃。

應經理哥哥建議,餐晏點咗幾個頭盤及三個主菜黎分,食埋麵包席上都冇人覺得飽肚,午市最後點菜時間居然係兩點正,眼見甜品項目並無吸引之處,食過o既多款菜式又唔係話特別標青,姨媽們連咖啡都費事叫黎飲,XO仔結果亦只係影咗兩頁甜品牌供大家參考用。

中環新開法國餐廳「La Petite Maison」主打尼斯家鄉菜。用餐大堂開揚,但散座過密,活動及私人空間接近零,且嘈雜非常。廚師所選用之蔬果食材新鮮,所有食物即叫即煮,並家庭式地擺放於餐桌中間供食客自己分黎食。雖則前菜醃紅菜頭吞拿魚他他均屬美食,但主菜意粉及T骨扒就好一般。最劣就係店內一眾黑面神服務生
,態度唔多誠懇且極不耐煩,這間「小屋子」確真洋溢著「小家」子氣,香港食肆多的是,個人覺得並無需要在此俾錢買難受
