Hong Kong Style Meatless Menu Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對於大家樂，我個人最愛的便是下午茶餐的熱狗，因為它的醬汁真的很棒；而說到豬扒包，我則認為是另一間連鎖快餐店大X活的鎮店之寶。　　今次大家樂也在下午茶時間推出豬扒包，和大X活不同的是，它是以圓型的包做成的，內餡不加沙律醬和生菜，卻是加了洋蔥，而且用紙袋把它裝著，非常衛生，食客可以拿著紙袋吃不用擔心包屑會弄得到處都是，我非常欣賞店家在這方面的細心。　　口感方面，它的確很脆，也夠熱，內餡的洋蔥也頗多，而我覺得豬扒與洋蔥的味道比起與生菜更為夾得來，沙律醬不用說，但可惜醬汁太少也顯得太乾和太寡，我希望大家樂在這方面可以改進，這個包就能完美了。
