波斯富街呢間「小魚兒」主打烤魚、雞煲同串燒,店內裝潢亮眼,以紅黑為主調,時尚型格,加上一排半落地大玻璃窗,通透感十足。烤魚有 10 款口味,包括甜辣相宜嘅醬爆鳳梨香辣豆花、惹味嘅古鎮水碼頭毛血旺、養生嘅花膠筒蟲草花辣豆花等,另有4 種唔同口感嘅原條鮮魚可供選擇。我哋揀咗海鱸魚配不辣黃金特濃蒜香豆花,海鱸原條上,廚師非常細心,已預先將魚分半起骨,方便客人享用,魚肉嫩滑厚實,有彈牙口感,蒜味香濃。配料份量十足,有大豆芽、青瓜、豆腐、紫洋蔥、木耳同寬粉等;豆腐軟嫩滑溜、寬粉剔透煙韌,相當有誠意。追加紅薯粉滑捋捋,質感煙韌,加上吸收曬蒜香湯底嘅精華,入口啖啖滋味。另外仲點咗香蒜燒茄子同脆焦糖燒菠蘿,茄子大大塊,肉質軟綿綿,面頭鋪滿了香噴噴嘅蒜蓉,入口即化。菠蘿以脆皮焦糖包裹,入口酸中帶甜,非常醒胃,食完再嘆番罐冰凍嘅加多寶,最佳享受!
