因家中o既煮食爐出現咗問題,XO仔近日午餐都要外出覓食。上週三哥哥就孖靚靚媽咪落黎探細佬班,順便一齊走咗去試以「百碟宴」作宴席廣告o既「日熹樓」。中菜廳室內光線暗淡,牆上o既熊貓圖案及四周o既擺設燈飾則極富中國色彩,組合感覺有啲中西合璧。店子面積廣闊,間隔開揚通爽,午市唔係咁逼人,所以一啲都唔嘈吵。大堂中央有個大酒吧,似乎晚市多做酒客生意,不過午飯時間吧位都會用作餐枱之用。打開餐牌一看,發現最後三頁為調酒師以花雕、芧台等中國酒自創o既中式雞尾酒項目,極具特色。晚餐更以日本清酒配對中菜小碟訂造$550/位o既「兩人對酎餐單」,好唔傳統。午市則推「一人便當午餐」($88/位)及「瓷熹小碟午餐」($788/八位)。由於家中只有哥哥一人食得辣,三口子就決定每人先點三款,唔夠先追加。中英對照o既餐牌共有兩頁。另外亦附有多頁彩圖餐單一本。餐具以旭日初升o既圖案道出店名「日熹樓」有「日光微明」之意,直接到題。七里香醉乳鴿($103):乳鴿肉質唔算嚡,但未夠嫩,且唔夠醉,七里之外肯定聞唔到酒香囉!白切黑豚肉粉皮($73):黑豚肉脆薄輕巧,墊底o既粉皮都好軟滑,簡單以甜豉油調味極為恰當。經典肴肉($53

灣仔新店「日熹樓」由環境到雞尾酒都融入中西合璧o既元素,以供多款小碟o既概念都幾創新,唯一食物質素比較參差。小碟有貴多不貴精之嫌,廚房略欠火候,價格亦略為偏貴,個人覺得絕對有很大改進空間。
