美孚友樂鮨餐廳小巧而精緻, 或許是因為開在住宅區, 附近街坊食客經常都過來當飯堂, 也與師傅閒話家常,陪感溫馨之餘, 更像是家庭式的鮨店。--Lunch Omakase 沙律 及前菜兩碟合桃小女子: 合桃香脆, 小女子帶咸香~茶碗蒸:暖暖的剛好入口,蛋香濃也夠滑-刺身三款:伊左目白身魚口感軟身-赤貝新鮮爽彈又鮮甜-野生吞拿魚赤身野生吞拿魚食落好濃味, 上面有炸過的紫蘇葉絲及芥末提味入口軟嫩-然後是壽司七貫蜜柑鯛蜜柑鯛的飼料中用上了蜜柑果皮, 入口時果然散發出淡淡的橘香-新鮮帆立貝 配竹炭鹽厚肉的帆立貝特地佐以竹炭鹽, 不減本身鮮甜, 味道更甜美好食。-鮫鰈魚鮫鰈魚上有柚子皮提味, 食落清甜-深海池魚深海池魚肉質細緻, 爽口之餘味道甜美-金目鯛師傅特地輕燒金目鯛, 金目鯛皮下的脂肪油香立時散發出來, 食落又滑又肥-貝池/貝割4月當季的貝池, 魚身肌肉發達, 食落味道清爽。-甘蝦 配以蝦膏蛋黃碎與及蝦籽甘蝦蝦籽本身係綠色,食海藻,所以蝦紅素無咁犀利入口好creamy 軟糯-左口魚邊師傅輕輕火炙過, 魚油緩緩滲出,食落層次豐富,滿口濃郁甘香-碎蔥拖羅海膽三文魚籽丼賣相巧手精緻,完全滿足三個慾
