Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (砵蘭街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這店是樓上鋪,由於等候升降機需時,所以很多顧客都是走樓梯到這店的。這天的下午茶時段,我點了紅蔥頭雞飯和熱檸檬水。雞肉上鋪滿了紅蔥頭,紅蔥頭的味道很好,但是雞肉卻完全沒有味道,若是在煮之前多放一點鹽醃一下,我想味道會好很多。我走進這店時,店內的顧客其實不太多,窗邊有很多桌椅是沒有顧客的,但侍應卻要顧客拼桌,結果一張四人桌坐了三組顧客,我連拿起檸檬水也會碰到坐在我旁邊的男士,於是大家也只好盡快吃完就結賬。
