石門越黎越多新開嘅小店,有特色之餘,價錢仲比較親民~ 今次介紹嘅就係位於比較唔顯眼嘅車仔麵😌 食材上都花左唔少心思,除左冇味精嘅豬骨湯底外,配料同麵底嘅選擇都幾有新意~-麵底除咗有傳統嘅粉麵飯($12)之外,仲有菠菜麵,紅菜頭麵,淮山麵,泉水烏東($14)等😋 第一碗就叫左淮山麵底。形狀同公仔麵一樣,但口感就偏硬身,勝在非油炸,夠晒健康!菠菜麵顏色夠哂綠,麵條扁身,食落雖然冇菠菜味,但對比其他麵類,依個都係唔錯嘅選擇~-配料價錢由$7到$14不等,鹵水牛脷口感實淨而且味道濃郁👅 豬紅嘅醬汁應該有用花菇去煮,食落帶甜~ 鮑汁花膠係必叫!夠哂大塊,淋身入味,仲有滿滿嘅骨膠元😋,女士們唔好走寶喇~
