To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翠園係我其中一間喜愛嘅飯堂。但間間翠園的知客都係串串貢、冇表情、冇笑容、彷彿局住要食佢咁款 不過無可否忍翠園啲嘢唔難食!但菜牌啲菜色就好似越嚟越少選擇了。話明飯堂就當然叫慣叫熟都係嗰啲餸啦 每次必叫的首選係原隻鮑魚仔粉絲煲了 啲粉絲索哂味,好野味!而6隻鮑魚仔以前係用鮮鮑,但幾個月前已改用罐頭鮑魚仔了,唔知係咪因為加咗價呢?初初食呢味餸係138,但現在已加到178定唔知198了 另外燒味嚟講翠園都幾好食㗎!所以我通常都會叫鐵板叉燒同倫教燒鵝,恕我見識少,唔知咩叫倫教,但個燒鵝係配香香嘅南乳汁的,精髓就係呢個香香南乳汁了,啱哂喜愛濃味嘅我!至於鐵板叉燒呢,傳菜員會响你面前當面淋蜜汁落啲叉燒度,所以又係香香的!但叉燒略為瘦了點,我還是喜愛半肥瘦或肥叉 另外還叫咗個3色蝦,分別係黃介辣味,甜酸味同清炒每樣兩三粒。嗯。。。有點厚粉了,所以漏咗啲,下次應該唔會再點呢個餸了。要提提嘅係,服務員質素比以前差了很多,大部份都係生手師奶服務員,有幾次問佢哋某個菜色係咩嚟,佢哋答:"唔知呀,我未食過喎。" 今次我問個服務員鹽燒九肚魚係咪唧椒鹽九肚魚?佢竟然答我:"係呱,唔知呀!可能係!真係唔知呀
