To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 推薦呢間餐廳!千祈唔好俾佢啲餸嘅外表呃到,雖然每一道菜睇落都好似好簡單、平平無奇,但一食落口就知龍與鳳,全部都係有內涵、好好食嘅菜式!個紅湯超好飲,味道好濃郁,入面每一樣蔬菜都煮到好腍好甜,飲得出係心機嘢。我哋叫咗兩個主菜,一個係「紅咖喱雜菜跟酸種麵包」,另一個係「紅菜頭意粉」。個紅咖喱真係冇得彈,個汁濃郁得嚟帶甜味,同啲蔬菜撈埋一齊食,味道勁夾。見人哋推薦話一定要配酸種麵包,果然冇錯!塊包烤到薄薄脆脆,雖然有啲硬,但咬開中間又好煙韌,點咖喱汁食簡直一流!另一碟紅菜頭意粉,睇落仲普通,但食落有驚喜。啲蘆筍新鮮爽脆,雖然份量唔多。成碟意粉味道偏清淡,但最正係個醬汁完全掛得住條麵,仲食到好香嘅花生味,好特別!連杯「薄荷檸檬梳打」都好好飲,好refreshing。總括嚟講,呢間餐廳行嘅係實力派路線,賣相唔花巧,但味道絕對唔會令你失望,係一間會令人想再去嘅好地方。嗌咗二人套餐,三個人食,我哋唔大食所以夠飽,埋單唔使$500

個紅湯超好飲,味道好濃郁,入面每一樣蔬菜都煮到好腍好甜,飲得出係心機嘢。
