To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去海洋公園,幾乎都會去環境最舒服,可以近距離欣賞魚兒自由自在地游泳的「海龍皇餐廳」吃東西,不過今次專程去海洋公園看熊貓寶寶一家四口,爸爸「樂樂」、媽媽「盈盈」、「家姐」和「細佬」,就決定搞搞新意思,在這間吃泰國菜的餐廳試試它為慶祝潑水節推出的多道泰國美食,享受一番。這餐廳地方闊落,桌與桌之間留有不少空間,環境雅致舒服,無論坐在室內還是室外用餐,都甚有渡假感覺。「三文魚脆米餅配香辣魚茸醬」($158)下層的脆米餅十分脆身,把上面的三文魚塊用匙羹稍稍壓至扁身後,舀少許鹹香少辣的魚茸醬在三文魚上,再連同脆米餅一起吃,無論味道和口感都能變得豐富立體,成為一道打頭陣的美味小吃。軟殼蟹食過,龍蝦也食過,但可以整隻吞落肚的軟殼龍蝦就不常吃到,這裡的「泰式咖喱軟殼龍蝦」($388)咖喱味香而不辣,辣度只是輕微,夠開胃而不會太刺激,龍蝦因為是軟殼的,所以可以連殼一起送進嘴巴,感覺也不錯。「泰式酸辣海鮮湯」($158)酸辣度適中,十分開胃刺激,中蝦、帶子、青口、魷魚等海鮮十分新鮮,滴少許青檸汁到湯裡,湯味就更清新怡人了,相比起較常喝到的「冬蔭功」,我更喜歡這湯的味道呢!鑊氣十足的「泰式炒椰菜苗」($1

以原個椰青盛載奉客的「泰式椰青海鮮炒飯」($238)味道挺好,椰汁味濃,飯粒較為黏口,有別於一般的炒飯。這炒飯的材料除了多款海鮮外還下了少許椰子肉和椰絲,也豐富了這炒飯的口感。

泰式炒牛肉河」($208)用的河粉比一般的來得煙韌,醬油下得均勻,讓每條河粉都可沾到醬油,煙韌的河粉與腍滑的牛肉混合成為一道較為濃味的菜式。

飲品我點了一杯名叫「芒橙特飲」($78)的無酒精雞尾酒,成分包括橙汁、芒果漿、橙肉粒和梳打水,不太甜的果汁味道,清爽解渴。

原來各款為慶祝潑水節而推出的泰國美食,只在4月5日至4月21日供應,如果你到訪海洋公園,想在海洋公園內享受一頓泰國美食的話,便要把握時機了。
