妹妹生日,去山林道新開嘅『基地』Base Bar & Restaurant慶祝!餐廳環境好靚,好多打卡位,啱晒鍾意相機食先嘅妹妹,而食物質素亦好有驚喜,每道菜都有水準,連媽咪都大讚呢!呢度難得前菜選擇好多,款款都好吸引!烤鴨酥皮紙卷($88)好有驚喜,鴨肉份量好足,調味唔會好濃,反而食到肉味,最impressed嘅係個酥皮做得又薄又香脆!搏大霧($138)呢個要睇英文名先知係煙燻油甘魚刺身,上碟時煙霧彌漫,夠晒gimmick!油甘魚刺身新鮮,食到陣陣煙燻香氣,令味道提鮮,配搭三文魚子嘅爽脆同鹹鮮,呢個絕對值得一試。焗日本海螺配紅花忌廉汁($138)原個海螺上枱,非常吸睛嘅一道前菜。面層係焗至金黃嘅芝士,紅花忌廉汁有D似葡汁,一啖同時食到忌廉汁嘅creamy同芝士嘅鹹香,味道豐富,海螺片份量亦慷慨!海膽帶子意大利飯($148)冇諗過可以喺酒吧餐廳食到咁好食嘅Risotto,意大利飯煮到剛熟,帶有嚼口,口感又creamy,出色!海膽雖然份量唔算多,但難得地完全唔腥仲有少許鮮甜。帶子煎至表面金黃,半熟口感,鮮甜好味!呢度嘅Mocktail亦好好飲,賣相勁靚!呢4杯都係水果based,果香十足
