呢間餐廳喺會展嗰邊,雖然位置比較遠,但係勝在睇到維港夜景,座位舒服,適合一班朋友/家庭聚餐。懷舊雞蛋焗魚腸本身味食過,朋友推薦下一試愛上,魚腸新鮮,焗雞蛋吸收左魚腸嘅精華,而且帶啲陳皮香,成個口感好豐富。焦糖黑毛豬叉燒呢個叉燒都幾有驚喜,叉燒半肥瘦啱啱好,食落有啲油脂香但係又啖啖黑毛豬嘅質感,焦糖令叉燒帶啲甜味勁夾。香蔥鮑魚砂鍋炒飯炒飯粒粒分明,鮑魚新鮮而且份量多,配埋炸洋蔥香蔥炒,令到個炒飯更加滋味,而且砂鍋保持住佢熱度同令香味更出,Keep住都食到熱辣辣嘅炒飯。火焰雞佢係好似乞兒雞嘅做法,用鹽包裹住雞,職員會開封拎成隻雞出黎再慢慢拆件,一打開充滿着雞嘅油香,每剪一下雞肉啲肉汁都流晒出嚟,然後最後用火燒一燒,雞肉嫩滑多汁。
