老公知道我鍾意食鐵板燒，就特登帶咗我去The one 試海賀，店員仲特登為我哋安排咗一個比較靜嘅角落位，可以睇住海景食飯，真係好浪漫無花果蟹肉沙律：無花果本身嘅味道唔濃，所以更加能夠突出蟹肉嘅鮮甜三文魚籽伴海雲醋：由於落咗醋呢款就比較酸，配上三文魚子喺口中爆開嘅口感，都係幾特別嘅體驗磯煮鮑魚：隔離嘅醬汁係用鮑魚肝煮成，將鮑魚肉再點汁就會有好濃郁嘅鮑魚味道鵝肝：隔離嘅醬酸酸甜甜，肥美嘅鵝肝亦都係絕配，加上鬆脆嘅多士，令人回味大蝦：廚師將蝦頭都煎得好脆，就可以連埋蝦腦一齊食，肉質非常爽彈A4宮崎牛：用嘅係和牛，所以肉質上乘，但係更令人驚喜嘅係旁邊嘅黑松露汁，只係有種淡淡嘅黑松露味，而且偏甜，同黃牛非常夾炒飯：兩種炒飯口味都試咗，牛肉嘅就比較惹味，櫻花蝦嗰款就比較脆口飲品：除咗一般餐茶之外，我哋仲特登試咗特飲，Oriental Pearl比較清新，有檸檬嘅清香，Fruit Berry Punch就有多種雜莓嘅味道，層次豐富
