今日遇到一個好好傾嘅鐵板燒師傅,令我感覺到一餐鐵板燒除咗師傅嘅手工之外,其實大家有傾有講識得會更加開心,成個過程會好舒服。今日我哋食咗個伊勢海老鐵板燒套餐,頭盤有沙拉,沙津菜配藜麥蕃茄。然後就係汁煮銀鱈魚,用上洋蔥汁,唔好以為佢洋蔥汁會比較難接受 ,但係佢剛剛相反 ,洋蔥完全融入左佢特調嘅醬汁入面,唔會有種好刺鼻感覺,反而甜甜香香。魚唔使講,煎到剛好,又滑又彈牙。之後就係龍蝦,用上本地龍蝦,拎出嚟嘅時候已經見到佢非常之大隻,肉非常之厚身。經煮後仲加上超級creamy 嘅海膽汁,除左正之外都無其他嘢講。今日的特別料理係時令的白露荀,爽口鮮甜。重頭戲a5熊本和牛,唔使講都知肉嫩,可口,再配上蒜片,椒鹽,簡直係一流。廚師教左我地一個食法,就係放蒜片喺牛上面,然後再沾上胡椒同鹽,一次過可以食到三種層次,超級好食。食左甘多嘢,個餐仲未完。仲有一個和牛粒炒飯,粒粒的和牛粒配上粒粒米飯。清酒雞湯,不醉而香。最後梗係仲有個甜品喇,今日係時令鮮果杯。

之後就係龍蝦,用上本地龍蝦,拎出嚟嘅時候已經見到佢非常之大隻,肉非常之厚身。經煮後仲加上超級creamy 嘅海膽汁,除左正之外都無其他嘢講。
