尖沙咀多日本餐廳就係人都知架啦,但唔係間間都有水準。上星期我同女朋友去左呢間日式料理餐廳Moshimoshi,發現佢的海鮮同刺身都相當高質。一入行店內已經被日本地道風的裝潢所迷倒,本來想來個Omakase,唔洗自己諗嘛 最後店員介紹我地揀左下面幾款料理燒黑松露鵝肝壽司 ($48/件)鵝肝表面微微燒得香脆,伴海苔黑松露入口帶出更豐富的香味,被鵝肝醬汁刺激味蕾!超級新鮮!*・゜゚・*:.。..。.:*・'(*゚▽゚*)'・*:.。. .。.:*・゜゚・*浜燒蟶子皇($52/隻)爽口清甜,鮮味十足😋😋浜燒活帆立貝($68/隻)喜歡燒烤一定必點!清酒🍶煮貴妃蚌 ($88/2隻)超級抵食,呢個價錢有兩隻新鮮貴妃蚌,大大隻,帶微微清酒香,鮮甜爽口!仲點左一份廚師發辦刺身拼盤($418/6款)真鯛乃秋季當造的魚,魚鮮味重,醬油能帶出魚油的香味;姫路,肉質相對真鯛會較實;伊佐目,兩個字—爽口;最後點左三款串燒佐酒,分別是燒脆雞皮、燒脆雞皮包露荀、燒雞腎。($28/$38/$28)
