Restaurant: Sour and Spicy Noodle (Luen Wo Road)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真的係“自助餐”! 我們吃的係烤魚,先別說給我們推薦的天價小龍蝦 80一份祇有9只👎。吃了一會,沒湯了,我們叫服務員(齊陰長馬尾)加一下湯。她拒絕了並且跟我們説,湯要自己加的。我直接一個大震驚🙂,第一次在外面吃烤魚火鍋類的要顧客自己加湯。第二次是粉色衣服的姐姐幫我們主動加的湯,還每個桌都問了一遍要不要加湯。這個服務態度對比就很明顯,同樣都是服務員為什麼這麼大差別🤔。還有半個鐘就出了兩張飛催我哋。我有一個疑問,顧客自己加湯是這家店的特色,還是這個服務員特色🙂 ?
