年初四同屋企人去了觀塘帝盛酒店食順德菜,酒樓充滿新年氣氛,還有開年套餐。千島大蝦球蝦球十分大隻,以薄薄的粉漿包裹,炸至金黃色,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,表面淋上千島醬汁,帶點甜香。宮廷御用鮮螺頭燉雞湯一開湯蓋淡淡雞湯香味滲出,燉湯裏面十分足料,大大隻螺頭令整個湯充滿鮮甜味,雞肉油脂已去除,所以湯清且甜。啫啫西芹焗魚卜以砂鍋爆炒葱蒜及魚卜,魚卜炒至金黃,質感爽脆有咬口,西芹去根十分爽脆。太子成名脆皮咕嚕肉咕嚕肉表面的炸漿很薄,而且炸得鬆脆,裏面用梅頭豬肉,肉鬆且有肉汁,不會炸得太乾,表面淋上酸甜汁,又用了新鮮菠蘿,十分開胃又喜慶。
