第一度菜已經外型吸睛又打卡able😌係鯖魚煎香咗再用魚骨模整返個shape, 入面夾左拖羅蓉! 口感外脆內軟👍🏻

🥗Buratta cheese赤醋沙律
用咗aged左三年嘅日本赤醋,淋上木魚花同炸蝦仔,配埋生菜🥬漬過嘅酸蕃茄仔等食落好refreshing又開胃!


🥚紫海膽蒸蛋配椰菜花mousse
用左紫海膽加蛋蒸完,上面再加左白椰菜花mousse🥦同埋即日拍賣Bid返嚟嘅新鮮紫海膽😆一啖食落去會食到好creamy嘅質感仲有雙重海膽滋味😇


🍽️香煎帆立貝
分別有牛油果同白酒柚子醋2種醬,再淋上用炒乾柱貝整嘅汁😍連埋面頭嘅紫蘇花食可以襯托帆立貝嘅鮮味,不得不提三文魚子粒粒都勁飽滿🤗

不時不食,秋刀魚season梗係要有🐟半熟嘅秋刀魚用左炭輕輕燒熟外皮,令到食落有淡淡炭香之餘仲要皮有少少微脆😌配咗秋刀魚膽汁超鮮😆唔想太重口味嘅可以點黑椒醋杏仁片汁


🦤法國鵪鶉雞肝醬蘑菇餃子
成個idea同配搭都好新穎😆少少春卷嘅感覺包住左一隻鵪鶉脾仔綁住咗香草🌿同埋stuffed咗雞肝醬蘑菇,味蕾新體驗🤗


👨🏻‍🍳北海道鮑魚手工意粉
用咗鮑魚殼裝住嘅北海道鮑魚手工意粉😌醬汁係鮑魚乾醬,但唔會過咸👍🏻鮑魚彈牙爽口,手工意粉粒粒口感Al dente☺️大愛!!!

松茸雞湯好清甜,輕輕燒過嘅松茸係湯度焗一陣令佢嘅味更出😍

自家整嘅rosemary雪糕,食落會神奇地有少少薑味😍加咗橙汁同埋自家炒嘅榛子🌰超脆口,估唔到食到最尾都係咁有驚喜同埋咁有心機🤗
