幾個月沒有來旺角,這裏有間新開的鼎記,光線足,而且裝修新穎,看到店內食客也不少,於是就來支持一下小店吧。黯然銷魂飯聽就聽得多,第一次吃。荷包蛋煎得濃邊,叉燒肥瘦適中,配上甜甜豉油,真是沒得彈。招牌鴨腩麵配油麵侍應哥哥大力推介鴨腩麵,這樣的配搭很少見,就來試一試餐廳的功力吧。湯底有豬骨、蘿蔔、大地魚和蝦殼,難怪喝起來有淡淡鮮味😋很簡單,牛腩鬆軟入味,鴨肉香,油脂四溢👍🏼$48,真不知道到哪裏才找到這個價錢。燒乳鴿很少見到茶餐廳有燒乳鴿,這裏的燒味都是用大烤爐現場即製而成,是新鮮的味道。乳鴿皮脆卜卜,叫半隻兩個人分享,就剛剛好。👍🏼👍🏼下次一定要帶媽媽來,相信她會喜歡我所推介的鴨腩麵😎
