To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真係好嬲，自己打電話去落單竟然比用app落單貴$70幾蚊，貴成碟餸，個差評係不滿個餐廳管理層當d客白痴。係都要浪費我時間寫食評話你。我係北京填鴨愛好者，住西區所以未食過呢間，特登過嚟買外賣諗住試吓。依家晚市早收，七點幾打去，男經理好好人話我知收八點。所以我諗住用app落單叫外賣先，男經理好好人話app落單多選擇過openrice，我諗住落完單揸車由西區飛去康怡趕佢哋八點收工。點知個app有問題，狂取消過唔到張單，跟住我又打去餐廳，男經理又再好好人話可以幫我電話落單先，咁我黎到唔洗等。點知，真係好嬲，同一樣食物app落單只係$375.7，差唔多discount 45%，app仲要唔洗收盒同膠袋徵費(總數$8)；自己打電話去落單得八拆貴$70幾蚊，貴成碟餸，已俾$8盒/膠袋費但仲要唔俾餐具；如果貴二三十蚊我都算，但貴$70幾蚊。個男經理好慘，要好無奈要解釋呢個伏，由管理層造成嘅白痴問題（以為d客唔會知），佢都係打工遮話唔到事，好慘咁要安撫個客。所以聽完以上故仔：1. 管理層: 扣負5分👎👎👎👎👎2. 服務: 5星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟，好OK，晚市得男經理一個一腳踢又要落單，接電話，又要pack d食

3. 食物: 4星🌟🌟🌟🌟，OK啦，我行完一個鐘Aeon先返屋企食都OK，個鴨肉係OK有肉汁，鴨皮脆口，個麵粉皮有隔開一塊塊，但d青瓜俾得太少。

4. 價錢: 唔洗問二三星🌟🌟，港島區可以有其他平d，eg. 老北京，古琴雅苑。
