今日一班酒鬼又約埋一齊飯聚,啱啱嚟到見門口都係一D普通嘅海鮮貨色,本來諗住今晚都應該係普通邊爐聚,但係我真係要承認我大大低估咗佢。去到打邊爐混醬係正常不過嘅事,估唔到今晚成餐都冇點過。 先要由湯底剛起,極濃鮮番茄湯湯底,用十幾隻番茄攪碎再加原隻番茄煲成,每一次加湯都係加鮮番茄蓉湯,呢個湯底用嚟配海鮮真係一流,之後混合海鮮嘅鮮味真係冇得輸。 海鮮開始一路出嚟,原來今晚我哋食嘅海鮮一路都係廚房處理緊,門口嘅只係比街外人望吓。每一碟海鮮出,我都會好細心咁寫低佢哋嘅名,因為真喺好多都未見過,記得一定要問清楚每一樣唔同嘅海鮮要淥幾耐。

花咲蟹,急凍就見得多,呢道居然有生嘅,味道當然鮮甜好多,蟹羔撈少少番茄湯一齊食就PERFECT!蟹腳淥1分30秒。

潮州白魚蛋,用正宗潮州製法,用上四種魚肉,鬼頭刀, 門膳, 九棍, 絞魚。爽口彈牙,好快就比人清晒!
潮州手打牛筋丸,黑胡椒味重咗D,口感其實唔錯。

非常之滿意同充滿驚喜嘅一餐,試問唔使點醬汁嘅打邊爐,香港又有幾多間呢,兩位老闆對食材都充滿熱誠,記得如果想食同一樣野,就要提早BOOK位同ORDER特別食材喇!呢餐價錢唔算平,但係個人就覺得物超所值,有D野並唔係價錢可以衡量。
