To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先講講員工方面,我企响旁邊看看有咩飲,員工不會主動問你,亦不會推薦,所以服務一般。第二,飲品質素烏龍白桃奶茶(半糖)沒有白桃味亦沒有茶味,只有小許甜味及奶味很差!!$20炭焙烏龍奶茶+珍珠(半糖)都是一D茶味都無!!!差!!$242杯不同飲品,但味道是99%一樣??通常一般飲品會有一個沒糖既茶底,再按客人需求再加番糖水來控制甜度好明顯這間並沒有咁樣做,如老闆睇到評語真的要了解清楚員工怎樣制作飲品。飲品已經成本不大,但質素這樣差,不知怎樣再幫襯。
