同上次一樣,店員都是殷勤招待,他為我倆安排了4人檯,等我哋坐得舒服。由於呢度的白酒青口好受歡迎,一坐底已經就急不及待問侍應仲有冇青口,幸運地仲有,即刻order一份白酒煮青口。

我期待的白酒青口上菜了!法國空運的黑青口,以香蒜蕃茄白酒汁烹調,空運的青口果真特別鮮美,青口不但鮮嫩入味,更是肥味多汁。白酒汁令新鮮青口的鮮味更突出,鮮甜非常,令人喜出望外。它配上的炸薯條熱辣香脆,當餐前小食亦是一流。

其中之一的主菜是嫩煎鴨胸野菌燴飯。非常creamy的燴飯,處處是芝士拉絲,奶香味濃。野菌脆嫩,混合於燴飯,每口也吃到菇香。它的煎鴨胸油亮亮有光澤,鴨肉嫩口,慢煎將鴨油迫出,令肉味更濃。

另一主菜是西班牙黑毛豬配紅酒汁。黑毛豬切成一塊塊薄片於爐火燒烤至熟透,豬肉片除烤得香口,亦能把肉汁鎖實,以免肉片乾身。紅酒汁不油膩且味不濃,不搶黑毛豬的原味。它另配有烤完粒鮮蕃茄和脆肉瓜,烤過的蕃茄又甜又多汁,脆肉瓜十分香口脆嫩。調了味的薯蓉牛油味十分香,質感綿滑,味道一流。
此巴黎小館提供的菜式花心思,食物、服務⋯每個細節盡善盡美,我老公亦大讚它提供點選的紅酒質素很好。
