To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近來天氣真的太酷熱了要走進廚房煮早午餐確有點辛苦,貼心的車爸爸決定放我一天假請我外出午餐,既然他那麼體貼我便找間有質素又抵食的餐廳跟他撐檯腳啦!經我千挑萬選後最終揀了位處銅鑼灣的十里洋場,皆因餐廳最近推出了七道菜的盛夏淮揚饗鮮宴,內裡有不少海鮮菜式加上二人同行一人免費實在好吸引。甫坐下先來一壺人參烏龍茶,這蘭貴人茶色橙黃明亮入口清香撲鼻,喝罷舌底生津回味無窮。 先上檯的前菜有漬青瓜、涼拌木耳及麻香萵筍,三款也弄得清爽好味道作為開胃小食一流。套餐第一道菜是女兒紅醉龍蝦、杭椒南非鮑魚,看見雪白龍蝦肉和入味的鮑魚已經令人垂涎三尺了。杭椒南非鮑魚烹得香軟而且富咬口,杭椒微微的辣令鮑魚增添了不少風味。女兒紅醉龍蝦內的紹興酒呈琥珀色透明澄澈純淨可愛,帶著誘人的馥郁芳香味道醇厚甘鮮,配襯肉爽鮮甜的龍蝦一起品嚐教人回味無窮。然後上檯的湯品是紅燒酸辣魚翅,戒掉魚翅多年的我當然請車爸爸代勞好好品嚐,內裡的魚翅份量不少還加有木耳、筍絲等配料非常足料,酸辣兼備非常惹味而且辣度不弱吃得車爸爸冒著汗去品嚐也大叫好喝哈哈。緊接著是我最期待每位一隻的浙江鹹肉百葉蒸六月黃,暑熱裡的第一鮮六月黃即指童子大閘蟹,以殼薄、肉
