To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對於糯米雞這種邪惡食物,饞咀的我無可能戒得掉啦。年紀大了,為了健康的緣故,對此物變得越來越挑剔。到目前為止,我要把票投給太興。先從饀料説起,太興的糯米雞除了有雞塊外,葷的部份有义燒一大塊,臘腸一小塊,還有混有醬汁的肉碎;素的部分有馬蹄和蓮子,加上一頂小冬菇。葷素相當均衡,顯示了食物製作團隊的心思。值得一讚的還有,糯米皮薄薄的,餡料都包在中心位置,每一口都能吃得到皮饀,非常美味。
