我鍾意食辣,但唔係因為有辣野食而鍾意川館
每次經過九龍城,都會想去川館食碗泡椒牛腩麵。牛腩麵煮既過程已經落左泡椒,所以冇得揀唔辣,只可揀辣度,同行朋友冇得食真係慘喇

麵既湯底本身就有泡椒既辣味,又有牛腩同肉味,就咁飲已經好正。麵有粗、幼兩款,個人都係覺得幼麵好食啲(可能因為可以沾到多啲湯,入味啲),麵質幼滑,但又唔易斷,而且加底只需要5蚊!川館既牛腩質感比較腍,有時會有小小好似啫喱咁既油脂係入面,質感唔錯啦,而且相當入味,講起都流口水,我真係好鍾意食呢個麵呀!
不過,佢都有要改善既地方,我平時就會飲哂個湯底既,有時候個湯底唔知點解會比平時咸左,我覺得係浪費左個湯底既。希望佢改善返,唔好突然變咸,等我可以次次飲哂個湯底
