To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末的晚上家裡沒飯開,一家三口在屯門逛街後,到了美心皇宮吃晚飯。時值新年前,酒樓紅色的裝潢很有新年氣氛,而且與寶寶的紅色BB車也很襯!坐下後,侍者送來醇厚的普洱菜,以前菜。前菜是微辣的四季豆加豆腐加花生,幾開胃的。習慣了每頓都有營養湯水,當晚正好有奶白菜甘筍煲豬展,而且可點半份很適合兩口子飲用。以瓦煲盛起的老火湯,清潤得來也鮮美,一煲也可分出四碗,味道與份量都令人滿意。除了湯本身好飲,侍者又細心將湯渣筆出來供我們食用;這些湯渣點上豉油後,也頗為美味,媽媽差不多吃光!之後是由爸爸點的幾個小菜,最先上檯是風味小炒皇($65),由韮菜、腩肉、豆腐炒成,成品香口得來不會太油膩,滋味不俗。又是小炒類的生炒鮮排骨($68),則做到酸新開胃、皮脆有口感,炒得十分出色!最後是一品扒大鴨(半隻$88),配料豐富包括帶子、海參、叉燒、魷魚、鵪鶉蛋、魚肚、雞柳、冬菇、小棠菜等,當中最好吃是海參,煮得入味又有口感,可鴨伴卻炆得太稔,淪為配角。對爸媽來說,是晚主菜其實是寶寶,不過最後的飯後甜品也是很重要的句點,不得不提。首先是媽媽心水推介的西米蓮蓉焗布甸($22),其味極為香甜,兼有無敵荔蓉,廿多元大大份,十分

桑寄生蛋茶($15),但其實二人都不太喜歡那陣草藥味,你推我讓多次才完成。

今餐因有AE白金卡,又是半價埋單只需$250,已經飽到要打包收場,超級抵! 可惜樓下沒有美心集團,不然真可當是飯堂,且是華麗版的飯堂呢!
