與一班新結識的朋友吃晚飯,去了大家就脚的尖沙咀潮州菜食館,好彩朋友訂了位才有枱呢!進入時看到有個圓形特式設計,裡面擺放了大圓枱,自成一角。滷水鵝肉拼盤 $168餸菜有例牌與小份之分,人少吃,也方便;滷水鵝~又腍又軟,皮滑,鵝脂甘香,豬腩肉~上邊有少少油脂,可整片一口吃下,魷魚爽脆,底下的豆腐~對比下豆腐軟滑非常,還有滷水蛋,整個滷水汁不會太鹹,但頗入味。蟲草花魚翅雞瘦肉燉湯 $326很甜味的燉湯,有“住家湯” 的感覺,清中帶甜與足料的味道,可惜只得一碗,我這個湯怪,下次會點4碗2人喝才滿足呢!潮州蠔烙 $98煎的蠔餅沒炸的油膩,有蛋的熱香,中間部份蠔仔較多,薯粉煙韌,蘸點少許魚露吃已夠味,胡椒粉味也不重。南乳羅漢齋煲 $108南乳在煲內傳出陣陣香氣,冬菇,竹笙與腐竹吸收了不少汁,還有青菜,雲耳,竹筍(不會有酸味)及菇箘,入味,我喜歡。金不換檸檬蒸烏頭 $168有香草檸檬汁與炸菜的烏頭,沒魚鯹與沒土泥味,魚肉嫩滑,魚汁帶甜。黃金炸雙棗 $210蝦棗~ 圓形,香脆Q彈,有蝦味。蟹棗~ 方形,夠大件,脆香啖啖肉,但蟹味略淡。碧綠川椒雞球 $128炸過的金不換(略多油) 伴上有黑椒粒微辣的雞件
