To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想吃打冷,知道旺角新世紀廣場百樂潮州酒樓挺不錯,就一試^^潮州打冷滷水雙拼 燻蹄及墨魚,底部鋪滿了豆腐,滷水夠香味,又非常惹味,很不錯,平時少吃,不過都覺得味道挺好...欖菜肉碎四季豆,正如菜式名有裡面攬菜同肉碎,熱辣辣吃最好味,加上少少辣實在很配合~~炸雙棗,夠香脆可口但又不算油膩,真係多吃唔會覺得太熱氣, 略嫌味道比較淡一點。碧綠川椒雞球,炸雞塊配上翠綠的葉片,好惹味開胃,可能雞肉炸過,口感更好~~香煎蠔仔烙,每一口咬下都是蠔,粉不厚,幾鮮味香香的,本人唔太愛吃蠔,挑了最少蠔的一塊....豆腐煲,煲底汁濃厚,甘香濃郁是,又唔會感覺有鍋中的油膩感,配白飯吃一流。最後是甜品反砂芋條 ,吃時一定要連砂糖跟芋頭塊一起,外層脆皮,甜甜的、鬆化的,推介比大家,一定要order...
