百年老字號食府「蛇王芬」🐍開設咗走年輕線新品牌「四季芬芳」🌸，除咗秉承舊有「食不厭精、膾不厭細」嘅蛇人饌的佳餚，仲融會不同的粵菜其精粹，打造各式新造美饌，尤如一道道粵式 tapas，將廣府菜重新包裝🤩！ 首先上枱嘅有首創招牌膶腸點心🧆，包括膶腸咸水角、膶腸糯米燒賣、蛇王芬臘腸卷，三樣都選用傳統嘅餡料保留咗原有嘅風味之餘，採用招牌臘腸同膶腸製作，口感脆而不韌，令傳統美食變得更時尚😎。 佢嘅季節蟹粉伴麵有三種🍜，我就食咗蟹粉原條黃魚煨麵，聽講係上海著名麵食，先用雜魚熬制一小時奶白的魚湯🐠，麵條直接用魚湯煨煮，吸收魚湯的鮮味，香味四溢，外脆內嫩，鮮味十足。 至於「薑桃」手打香水檸檬茶🧉，靚仔職員即場製作，仲引來好多途人拍攝📸，差啲以為係明星🤪。講返杯飲品，生薑的辛辣與蜜桃的甜蜜，兩種極致的味道刺激味蕾帶來新的味覺體驗。有一種名字獨特的茶，名叫鴨屎香🦆！入口清香，口感醇厚回甘。 除此之外，當日仲食咗好多唔同美食，例如灌烏雞湯百花丸、蟹粉蝦仁🍤、麻辣小籠包。不得不提嘅係花膠太史蛇羹🐍，相當滋補😍。甜品就試咗滋補潤喉露，有清甜嘅李子味，推薦！ 📍四季芬芳 - 沙田新城市廣場三期3樓363
