還是先吃個「前菜」!“海南鴛鴦燒麵包”,即星馬那邊叫的“Kaya Butter Toast”,是我從前住在星加坡時常吃的早餐,當然,少不了一杯奶茶,“馬來亞拉茶”。兩款美食都很地道,特別是那多士,用煎過的麥包,加上又香又甜的咖央和牛油,嘩,思鄉病又來了。這晚主菜,“白吉嗲肉骨茶~豬腳彎”,即拆骨豬手,既嫩滑又入味,肉骨茶底又可以“添飲”,正。“馬來咖哩酥”也很地道,卻不是我至愛,薯蓉太多,但味道還可以。
