近年各區都開左好多新式茶餐廳,尤其d旺區。咁岩行去燈龍街睇下有咩食既時候就見到間新開既新式茶餐廳,望落幾光猛整齊就入左去試下。黑松露雜菌玉子燒配炸蝦撈丁去得呢d茶餐廳通常都要食佢既炒蛋,但竟然比我發現到有玉子燒,仲要係配黑松露同雜菌,咁當然要試下啦。一上碟果下就已經聞到好濃烈既黑松露味,原本以爲茶餐廳質素會好似M記d shake shake粉咁聞落好重味,但食落就無味,但又唔係wor。雜菌同黑松露係多到一切個玉子燒就擁曬出黎,而d蛋仲係滑既,玉子燒内部仲依然卦住少少蛋汁。炸蝦粉唔厚,唔會刻意扮大隻而裹上好多炸粉。 撈丁亦煮到恰到好處,食落仲有少少麵既彈性。咖喱厚切吉列豬柳飯分量好充足,男士黎食都無問題。吉列豬柳又真係名副其實既厚切,平時同行號大食既朋友都差d食塢曬個飯。試食左朋友個飯一啖,咖喱係普遍香港人接受到既辣度,唔會太辣。吉列豬柳都食得出係即炸既,味道都唔錯。總括而言,除左個黑松露雜菌玉子燒係貴少少之外,其他都係一般茶餐廳價,性價比都尚算高。

總括而言,除左個黑松露雜菌玉子燒係貴少少之外,其他都係一般茶餐廳價,性價比都尚算高。
