川菜一向是我的最愛,不過身邊不少朋友都不嗜辣,難得爸爸陪我食飯,當然要向他介紹我的銅鑼灣食堂——金玥。這間座落於登龍街的老牌川菜店,一直對食材配料相當講究,其中招牌的老壇酸菜,就特別在香港自設工場醃製,質素有保證之餘,味道酸爽更帶清鮮。——————————🔹招牌老壇酸菜魚(1-2人)$218自家醃製的老壇酸菜採用水東芥菜,封入缸內發酵二十多日,爽脆酸香,配上以雞骨、豬骨及魚骨熬足四小時的湯底,相當惹味。特別選用生魚,起肉連皮,肉結實而且皮煙韌,味道不錯👍🏻🔸金玥招牌口水雞 $78龍崗雞去骨後,加入秘制口水汁及炸脆的紅蔥頭,麻麻辣辣,雞味濃郁,皮爽肉嫩!
