To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前食過太興的燒味,感覺唔錯,所以一定要個燒味飯,另外要了個米粉,我們落單的時候那位女侍應就告訴我們這不是平時食開的米粉,其實是米線,她話星洲那邊的人是這樣叫的.雙拼燒味飯(燒鵝/叉燒)~~滿心期待的叉燒,吃了第一塊,為何這樣硬連爸爸也說唔好食,看看全部都是瘦的,想找一塊少少肥邊都無,好在燒鵝都還可以.下次可否先問清楚行情才落單呢???星洲喇沙湯米粉~~一向都唔敢吃喇沙類的粉麵,以為會好辣,但原來並不是想像中辣,而且湯還好好味,因為那些香料吧!米粉又好滑漏老火湯~~這個湯好清甜....冬瓜瘦肉湯,而且夠熱,不知是否用了不锈鋼內膽的器皿盛著,所以才可以保持一定的熱度.但我好喜歡,因為一般在外飲到的例湯好少這麼熱,今次飲完個湯又不會口渴
