To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次呢個肺炎疫情😷真係影響咗好多飲食業。。就如老牌食肆。。好多也抵受不住要結業。。繼續做下去的就要轉圈子想一想怎樣疫情下留住客人。。美心旗下食肆就做得很不錯👍。。就以這間北京樓為例最出名就是片皮鴨🦆。。竟然一至星期天全日也是半價。。。而且一個價錢還包括兩吃(生菜包鴨鬆)。。如果你只想食一吃。。就可以拿隻鴨殼拿回家煲粥起肉炆米今晚星期天我們兩個人👫幸好一早預訂座位否則就撲個空。。差不多八點全場爆滿。。但是每一台客也有守規則隔着1.5的距離。。。。幾乎每一台客也有點片皮鴨🦆。。因為真是為了鴨子而來。。整體服務和味道也滿意。。唯獨是餅皮如果能夠有火爐熱着就更加好。。因為冷氣下餅皮很容易凍了。。兩個人實在吃到撐着肚皮。。但是我們還要點一個香蕉🍌高力豆沙作完結。。上枱熱燙燙。。真想一口吞了它。。現在很多店子已沒有加香蕉🍌在高力豆沙內。。所以今晚也吃了回憶的味道服務上整體都唔錯㗎。。由門口帶位到侍應經理。。客人查詢落單都多謝前多謝後。。。。質素高過美心
