To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約左朋友嚟到東涌行山，行完就跟地頭入到嚟住宅區附近食dinner!!! 原來而家呢度已經自成一國，好似soho hub咁🤤可以話同outlet個邊天淵之別呀。我地就先嗌左個house salad😼另外加左15蚊要雞胸🦔🦔沙律都幾豐富，除左雞肉仲有青椒、紅椒、牛油果、boils egg & vegetables. 佢嘅醬汁用左柚子嘅，食落甜甜酸酸嘅，都幾特別又開胃！而雞肉都非常嫩滑嘅，值得加錢要埋😺 另外再叫左牛柳，要左5成熟，都煮得剛剛好的。牛肉都比較有咬口，肉味不算太濃，外層燒得香口。配菜係多嘅，薯仔配個汁食好正。而青椒同紅椒都幾爽口😄😄
