之前來過幾次, 但都是 lunch,
今次, "番桌" dinner ~

看中了 a la carte menu 上的 escargot,
故捨 set 而取 a la carte 也 ~

1) amuse bouche ~
2) feuillete of escargots ~
3) sauteed jumbo scallop with lobster bisque
4) trio de chef

escargots 一般, 反而 feuillete 做得不錯,
層次足、質感鬆脆、不油膩 ~

scallop 是名副其實的 jumbo,
且煎得夠香, 外脆肉嫩 ~
以 lobster bisque 伴之, 味道很 match ~
伴碟的 mashed potato 加了一點點 black truffle 與 risotto,
份外加添了菌香與嚼勁!
