To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 來到這客紅燜牛面頰肉海參伴法國長邊豆,我吃不了牛益車爸爸多吃一件牛面頰肉,開心死他了因為那牛面頰肉弄得鬆化兼入味,而我則可嚐那件南非海參發得恰好的海參口感Q彈,伴那濃甜的醬汁享用確是妙絕。

繼續有酒糟法國小龍蝦蒸馬友,端上檯時那幽幽的酒香散發於空氣間,選用本地馬友和法國小龍蝦等食材,配以自家製濃郁芳香的酒糟來炮製,馬友魚件油香滿滿甜美可人,法國小龍蝦則肉嫩鮮甜,吃罷齒頰留香滿足到不行。

桂花拉糕口感煙韌纏綿加入了法國君度橙酒及橙皮徒添香氣,而奶皇核桃酥用上法國山核桃及自家製奶黃作餡,外層酥脆不油香甜細膩,最後這個留心朱古力煎堆成了我的最愛,以法國75%黑朱古力、提子乾及橙酒作成流心朱古力,外皮佈滿香口芝麻咬下煙韌可愛,溫馨提示吃時小心爆漿喔哈哈!
