疫情嘅影響下,肥雞已經唔夠膽喺街度食野,唯有買番屋企食。咁肥雞梗係嗌佢個招牌菜繼光香香雞粒,八爪魚鬚同埋炸杏鮑菇啦。講返佢嘅招牌香香雞粒先,佢啲五香粉呢非常之香配埋台灣特有嘅地瓜粉,將成個外皮炸得非常之香脆,同埋個口感一流,而且佢啲肉醃得非常之有味有孜然粉,花椒粉等等,食得出同燒烤係冇乜分別最重要係佢所有嘢都即叫即炸,可能肥雞好好彩遇正佢新鮮炸嘅一刻。至於八爪魚酥呢一個呢,就非常之香口彈牙送酒一流而佢嘅杏鮑菇呢就係肥雞最愛嘅佢嘅諗法都充滿咗非常之香嘅汁益配埋香脆嘅炸衣食落口一啲都唔乾
