To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說牛角集團我試埋呢間就打齊卡啦,一直淨係知佢係食飯,而唔知佢係點食法。嚟到餐廳坐無虛席,又見好多人企左喺度,先意識到係好似快餐店咁要自己等位,等完位再去買餐然後等佢送嚟。就係咁,我企喺度望住人食企左半個鐘,終於到我。第一次食緊係食啲基本嘢先啦,於是就嗌左個豚肉嘅。啲肉都好腍,唔會又乾又硬,上面仲有隻溫泉蛋俾你撈飯,個汁就甜甜地,唔錯嘅。而另外一個就嗌左個牛角丼,佢個汁係辣辣地,啲牛都燒得岩岩好,唔會硬。每個餐都會跟個麵豉湯,佢唔似某連鎖牛肉飯店咁溝水溝到勁希,好夠味。而啲飯睇落好似細細碗咁其實好飽。

第一次食緊係食啲基本嘢先啦,於是就嗌左個豚肉嘅。啲肉都好腍,唔會又乾又硬,上面仲有隻溫泉蛋俾你撈飯,個汁就甜甜地,唔錯嘅。
