To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黃昏時候,又係肚仔餓既時候,唔想食到咁飽,係尖沙咀左行右行,永年士多車仔麵既招牌就出現係我地眼前,永年係元朗好出名,出身大西北既我梗係試過老店水準,男朋友聽到之後雙眼發光,即刻話要沖去排隊,鋪頭採用快餐店模式,排隊落單,再到櫃檯拎食物,想試多啲餸既我地,決定試試聚十寶於一碗既 — 十寶大碗麵。唔好睇個湯底好似好清,以為佢無料到唔夠味,食落濃味到嚇親你,湯底帶有滷水既甜味,唔會死咸,加上鋪頭特製既辣汁,微辣已經好有勁道,愈食愈過癮。最出色既餸莫過於豬大腸,小小一條豬腸蘊含著無窮美味,豬腸處理得好好,唔會有太多肥膏,滷到好稔,好夠味。另外蘿蔔都係世界級,蘿蔔吸收晒滷水汁既精華,咬落去爽甜唔會有渣,其他餸好似豬血、陳皮魚蛋、雞翼、魷魚等都滷得好好味,無伏位。唯一美中不足就係杯抹茶紅豆冰,賣相雖然幾靚,但紅豆煮得唔夠甜,冰又加得太多,搞到杯野太淡,可惜。

唔好睇個湯底好似好清,以為佢無料到唔夠味,食落濃味到嚇親你,湯底帶有滷水既甜味,唔會死咸,加上鋪頭特製既辣汁,微辣已經好有勁道,愈食愈過癮。


最出色既餸莫過於豬大腸,小小一條豬腸蘊含著無窮美味,豬腸處理得好好,唔會有太多肥膏,滷到好稔,好夠味。
