上星期工作忙到傻,星期五晚放工抽時間出席瓜兄的大壽飯局,地點在灣仔吃潮州菜。作為冷盤打頭陣,「日本胡麻醬山藥」,拼成一朵花的模樣,清爽的味道:「辣味凍豬手」,質感似啫喱,香味也到位。「普寧豆腐拼蝦多士」,蝦很大隻及爽彈:「滷水鵝片」(中)「炸豬手拼冰梅骨」「杏汁燉白肺湯」,杏香足「潮州春菜煲排骨」「茶香煙燻雞」,上面的是炸芝麻葉,煙燻味甚濃:「黃金伊麵」,即是潮州兩面黃,大家都不會陌生,吃的時候加些醋及砂糖,煎得不錯:「籠仔龍躉蒸飯」連甜品及每人一罐汽水 / 啤酒,人均約 $380。踏入人生另一階段,男人四十一枝花,祝壽星事事順利!
