金鳳真係由細食到大,以前每年聖誕節都會一家人嚟鋸扒慶祝真係老字號嘅平民扒房,1969年創立,主打懷舊鐵板餐,每日晚飯時間都坐滿,有時仲要排隊添各式各樣嘅扒都有,好多選擇,套餐包括牛油餐包、餐湯、餐飲等好鍾意佢嘅羅宋湯,大大碗真材實料,加少少胡椒粉,將個牛油餐包浸落去,小時候侍應阿叔教我嘅食法貴族牛扒,五成熟牛柳餐五成熟喜歡鐵板上嘅牛柳餐,一上枱聽到「吱吱聲」香氣十足,特別係冬天可以保持溫度同埋鎖住肉汁每款扒餐都有薯條同蔬菜,加埋黑椒汁,好滋味牛柳色澤紅亮,外面烤得有點焦,內裏粉嫩Juicy,油脂分布均勻,我個人更喜歡貴族牛扒,肉味香濃最後仲有餐飲,如果鍾意食蒜蓉嘅可以配埋蒜蓉更惹味
