這本身是日本的一個服裝專門店嘅牌子, 賣的是年輕人為主要目標的中價貨, 初來香港時引起一些回響, 不過隨着時間潮流服飾還是有呈現飽和的狀態, 但老闆們自然會多動腦筋, 而近年搞飲食又似乎係另一條出路, 我們就在17年最後的一天來這店試試辨如何吧?店是半開放式, 而當天可能是年尾最後一天, 公司體恤員工給他們放假還是有特別理由, 當值的3/4 waiter都是沒有穿制服上班的類似做文職的男生(平時在寫字樓上班這天來加班? 純粹個人猜測) 來招呼客人, 他們身穿smart casual 西裝,笑容跟對答都有別於一般 watier, 當中只有一個男生是穿制服工作的, 這天中午客人不多座位任揀任坐, 餐牌一張過全義大利式, 最簡單就叫Pasta & Pizza 啦!Quattro Formaggi (Ricotta/ Parmesan/ Gorgonzola/ Buffalo Mozzarella)即係四式芝士啦!$108芝士份量相當足夠, 四種芝士之中以Ricotta cheese比較少, Gorgonzola 則適中, 餅底係薄的那種不過又不是簿至紙皮那類,厚度還是可以承托得住芝士餡料用手

Quattro Formaggi (Ricotta/ Parmesan/ Gorgonzola/ Buffalo Mozzarella)即係四式芝士啦!$108芝士份量相當足夠, 四種芝士之中以Ricotta cheese比較少, Gorgonzola 則適中, 餅底係薄的那種不過又不是簿至紙皮那類,厚度還是可以承托得住芝士餡料用手拿起來, 新鮮度是完全可以接受, 價位在中間, 如果計埋加一差不多百二, 而這店用來盛住薄餅的胡桃木色膠板還是頭一趟見, 應該是容易清理及直接用刀切都唔容易花損耗較少吧!

另一個Pasta 係 Capellini with Crabmeat $128 蟹肉白酒刁草灴胡椒天使麵
罐頭蟹肉用上了30蟹鉗/70蟹身肉的比例, 雖說是罐頭貨但一定程度上都食到蟹鮮味, 刁草只會在稀薄的汁液中品嚐到, 而灑面那一大堆只是切碎了的義大利闊葉芫茜碎, 一粒車厘茄開二作裝飾, 可能廚師覺得裝飾應該點到即止都唔定不過個人覺得用兩粒一開二,無論視覺以致平衡美感方面都比較好, 當然客人一般都樂意接受的, 而多一粒車厘茄影響不了多大成本吧!

以百三蚊一位計算可以講稍貴但考慮到這是高檔商場同時走年青人路線這樣的價錢是無可口非的了!
