Restaurant: Poke Go (大南街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由一入門口就感受到伏!一入門遇到第一個staff我估係老細,佢有禮貌但感覺唔知自己做緊咩咁,好似好迷惘。一行入店成間鋪個狀態好似一個未準備好既樣子,枱有大量雜物,職員好迷惘,心知不妙。點完餐,野食present得靚既,但客觀黎講就真係唔知自己食緊咩......佢味道唔係話有問題,但撈埋一齊食就唔知食緊咩咁。魚生完全係冇味,雖然唔腥已經好好!啲配料就正常味道但都係嗰句,撈埋一齊食唔知食緊咩咁。但值得一贊既係佢汁可以另上!但齋睇啲foodie介紹就真係不敢苟同......到埋單最後一秒我都睇唔到自己張單呢樣最神奇,但見大數差不多就是旦!
