很喜歡吃鐵板燒,望著「大師傅」在面前即席烹調,展示廚藝與技巧,以前食鐵板燒一般價錢都比較貴,而家可能因為競爭大,所以價錢已經平民左好多。餐前小食 --- 蟹肉雜菜沙律配芝麻汁,菜好新鮮,啖啖咬落去都有聲師傅熟練嘅技巧三兩下手勢就已經將蝦頭同蝦身分開左大蝦配蕃茄辣汁 --- 蝦當然有鮮味,但作為配菜嘅脆肉瓜都好好食,燒得岩岩好,配埋辣汁當仲燒緊大蝦之際,下一輪材料已經準備就緒A4和牛 --- 咬入口入口即溶,陣陣牛香味由咀角飄出來。 望住靚景食和牛真係嘆到不得之了日本神戶黑豚薄燒配梅飯團 --- 黑豚肉再配搭中間嘅KIMCHI 一齊食,令平日唔鐘意食KIMCHI 嘅我都食完一舊接一舊師傅話呢個係食用花,都係而家先知食得咋燒左咁耐嘅飯團終於有得食啦,外層脆脆地,入面就軟綿綿。蟹膏面豉炒飯 --- 每啖飯都有淡淡嘅蟹膏味,不過份量略嫌較少。炒雜菜綠茶雪糕豆腐雪糕味噌湯另外附上其他餐牌
