呢日同女朋友同幾個人一齊去打邊爐,見到個煲與別不同,問下老闆,原來係用蒸氣打邊爐,我就真係未試過了。間鋪頭唔難搵的,不過就係巷仔度,大概就係馬頭圍道附近。好啦等齊人就開始 ,伙計佢話打呢個邊爐係有步驟的,要step-by-step咁做...首先,伙記幫我地手落左D米落個煲度,然後開爐,呢個之後會變成一個軟綿綿既粥底,之後再擺蒸架,上面再鋪塊荷葉,等一陣就可以擺野食上蒸架度蒸熟。咁我地分別就落左沙白,扇貝,蟶子等等既貝殼類海產入去個蒸架度。等左一陣間,2-5分鐘左右啦,食得啦~!伙計話,每樣食物都係有唔同時間煮既,伙計都會講俾我地知個烹調時間。而蒸出黎既海鮮,全部都保留鮮味,好新鮮!而我最鍾意食既,就係雞,佢之前既調味做得好入味,好好食!之前講過軟綿綿既粥底,就係最尾環節呈獻出來,其實個粥就係精華所在,因為之前所蒸過既野食,食物既倒汗水都會落返個煲底,基本上之前食既野越多,個粥底味道會越濃郁!而呢個粥底我覺個好綿,好滑~!伙計又預備好配料,可以根據各人喜好,加入粥裡面。最後送上美圖....今晚呢餐冇野挑剔!真係正呀!

今晚呢餐冇野挑剔!真係正呀!
Other Info. : 一般來講,價錢同出面一煲煲既打邊爐可能貴少少,而今次平均都係二百多元,不過都食左好多野,係抵食既!另外,用蒸氣做火鍋都好特別的,問返伙計,原來佢地係第一間火鍋店用蒸氣做火鍋的!
