韓國燒烤食得多,今次朋友帶我去到旺角的「熨烤達人」BBQ,地方不是太大,但餐廳裝修頗為特別,不像一般傳統式的燒烤餐廳,細心留意每一個設計都好有特色。呢個設計就好有新意可以添加的各款前菜,我最喜歡就是泡菜,酸辣的口感食咗特別開胃。原來用個熨斗熨烤五花腩,更能帶出食物的味道及精髓。燒牛肋骨$88肉質好夠味,燒完之後不會太韌,而且仲好有牛味,我本人覺得不用點醬汁就咁食就可以。墨鬚炒飯$78 將墨魚鬚切粒炒飯,帶有煙煙韌韌的口感,十分不錯。新鮮的綠田園$58 有翠玉瓜、南瓜、水耕菜 、秋葵等。寒冰水冷麵$68,食落口有冰冰凍凍及煙韌韌同酸酸咪咪的感覺,好特別。特級雪花牛肉$108,牛肉的雪花及紋理都好均勻。一
