喺大角咀想食個簡簡單單嘅 early dinner,呢頭有好多小餐廳,行行吓見到「牛極」,去過佢喺其他地區嘅分店,幾抵食;牛肉亦似乎啱我呢日嘅胃口😆,咁就入去開餐😋門口位有部自動售票機,要咗$110嘅「牛柳 200g」,包沙律、餐湯、白飯,呢啲全部係自助兼任食,攞嘅時候一定要戴口罩😷😆沙律菜簡單新鮮,有柚子汁同芝麻醬汁兩款可以選擇,揀咗柚子汁,酸酸哋幾開胃😋。餐湯係「牛肉湯」,幾好飲,我飲咗兩碗😆。「牛柳」放喺一塊燒到攝氏300度嘅黑石上邊,廚師👨‍🍳只燒到一成熟,自己再切成喜歡嘅大細嚟燒,自己控制牛肉🥩嘅生熟程度😆;牛肉🥩相當有牛味,好食😋
