有晚市之後,終於可以帶屋企人食個豐富大餐!來到元朗行完山,就見到雞地附近,有間靚裝修的火鍋店,由於運動完好肚餓,就吸引左我地入座。 環境以宮廷式裝修,有華麗的餐具和佈置,座位寬敞舒服,店員介紹用手機下單,就點了推介的招牌湯底 :花膠雞湯。 餐牌上火鍋食材,應有盡有,除了常見的普通火鍋食材,也有高級版的食材,例如刺身靚海鮮靚牛等等,岩晒宜家個個追求食得講究,價錢方面算合理水平,而且不收加一,更加可以盡情飲酒打邊爐! 點餐後,店員送上醬油調味盆子,用宮廷九格的形式,感覺高級,醬油收費每位$22都可以接受 (不收加一)。 =玲瓏浮凸花膠雞湯鍋(半隻)$298=湯底選擇超多,最後點了滋潤的花膠雞湯,雞隻厚肉而嫩滑,而花膠數量多。店員會先送上湯底,再把枱面上的雞隻花膠放入湯,等待一會兒即可享受。湯底的雞味濃郁而唔會油膩,沒有現成雞湯的味精感覺,屋企人都超級喜歡。 =手切本地牛肉(頸脊)$348=靚牛的選擇有幾款,手切本地牛的份量也多,牛味夠濃,肥瘦比例均勻,油花適中,以冰塊墊底的方式上菜,值得一讚細心,保持肉質鮮味。 =大滾友海鮮拼盤(細)$398=每款海鮮共4件,而且種類多,人數少也可以豐富地
